Beth is a licensed Massage Therapist, providing relaxing, therapeutic bodywork. She specializes in classic Swedish massage and Deep tissue, with a whole body integrative style. She also uses various neuromuscular techniques such as trigger point, pnf and positional release, to address specific areas of tension and pain.
She completed the 750 hr program at Nashua Community College, is nationally certified and a member of American Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). In addition to her course work at NCC, which included Kinesiology and Myofascial Release, she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bridgewater State College, in Bridgewater MA
Beth believes strongly in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and feels that massage is one of the many things we can do to support our bodies. Other essentials of self care should be exercise, a clean diet and a positive attitude.
In her spare time, and when weather permits, Beth can be found outdoors either rollerblading, biking or hiking. When weather does not permit she is in a gym waiting for warmer weather. She also spends much of her free time continuing her education by researching different massage and bodywork techniques and fitness trends.
